My coffee journey

It all started back in 2018 with a moka pot on the stove, just a simple way to make coffee at home. By 2019 I’d discovered the Aeropress and the world of specialty coffee, and I was hooked. A year later came the V60, where I spent countless mornings experimenting with filter brews. In 2022 I stepped into espresso with a Flair lever machine, and by 2023 I was pulling shots on a La Pavoni. What began as curiosity turned into a passion—and now I love sharing those cups from my little home café.
